The return must be requested within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.

• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

• The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition. Buyer Must pay Return Shipment Fees unless the product has the defect.

• Made-to-Order & Pre-Order products can’t be returned / Items with discounts code & Sale items can’t be returned. ** Shoes are not possible to return due to fragile sole, only exchange can be made following our exchange regulation
